ביטול טיפול יחוייב בדמי ביטול בהתאם לפירוט שלהלן:

אנו נערכים מראש במיוחד לפני הגעתו של כל אורח, ושומרים לכם על המקום באופן אישי ומותאם.
מסיבה זו אנו מודים לכם על הבנת מדיניות הביטולים שלנו:

ביטול טיפולים
במקרה של ביטול טיפול יותר מ- 48 שעות טרם מועד הטיפול, לא יגבו דמי ביטול.
במקרה של ביטול טיפול שנעשה פחות מ - 48 שעות טרם מועד הטיפול, יגבו דמי ביטול בסך 30% משווי הטיפול באמצעות כרטיס האשראי שמספרו נמסר ע״י המזמין.
במקרה של ביטול טיפול שנעשה פחות מ - 24 שעות טרם מועד הטיפול, יגבו דמי ביטול בסך 50% משווי הטיפול באמצעות כרטיס האשראי שמספרו נמסר ע״י המזמין.
במקרה של ביטול ביום הטיפול - יגבו דמי ביטול בסך 100% משווי הטיפול.

ביטול טיפול שנקבע לקבוצה (3-5 אנשים)
במקרה של ביטול טיפול שבוע מראש או יותר טרם מועד הטיפול, לא יגבו דמי ביטול.
במקרה של ביטול טיפול קבוצתי שנעשה 5-6 ימים לפני המועד יגבו דמי ביטול בסך 20%, במקרה של ביטול שנעשה 96-48 שעות טרם מועד הטיפול יגבו דמי ביטול בסך 30%, במקרה של ביטול 48 שעות או פחות ממועד הטיפול יגבו דמי ביטול בסך 50% משווי הטיפול באמצעות כרטיס האשראי שמספרו נמסר ע״י המזמין.

ניתן לתת הודעות ביטול 24 שעות ביממה דרך דף CONTACT באתר האינטרנט או דרך המענה הטלפוני (פעיל 24 שעות 7 ימים בשבוע). אנא השאירו את כל הפרטים הרלוונטיים ואנו נחזור אליכם לאשר את הביטול בשעות הפעילות שלנו.
שימו לב - ביטול טיפול הינו תקף רק לאחר שחזרנו אליכם טלפונית ישירות ואישרנו מולכם את הביטול. השארת הודעה בלבד אינה תיחשב כאישור ביטול.
במקרה ולא חזרנו אליכם ייתכן שהודעתכם לא התקבלה מסיבות אפשריות שונות. אנא וודאו להתקשר אלינו שנית לקבלת מענה.

שינוי מועד טיפול (Rebooking)
שינוי מועד טיפול הינו זהה לביטול טיפול, וזאת בהתאם לזמנים כמפורט במדיניות הביטולים מעלה.

בריאות וקורונה

מדיניות הביטולים כמפורטת מעלה תקפה גם במקרים הנובעים כתוצאה ממחלה, כניסה לבידוד, או כל מקרה אחר אשר הוביל לביטול הטיפול.
מטופל אשר יגיע לטיפול עם חום או עם סימפטומים אחרים כמו שיעול וכו, לא יוכנס למקום והמקרה ייחשב כביטול הטיפול, בהתאם למדיניות. תודה על הבנתכם.

תנאים נוספים
- התשלום על כלל הטיפולים יגבה מראש באמצעות כרטיס האשראי שניתן בטלפון ע"י המזמין.
- הודעת ביטול / דחיית מועד טיפול תתקבל רק בשעות הפעילות כפי שמפורסמות באתר.

במקרה של אי-הגעה לטיפול ללא הודעה, יגבו דמי ביטול בסך 100% משווי הטיפול. טיפול שנקבע למימוש שובר מתנה ולא ניתנה לגביו הודעת ביטול / דחיית מועד בהתאם למועדים המפורטים לעיל - יבוטל ולא ניתן יהיה לעשות בו שימוש.

הזמנת שירות, מכירת מוצר ומכירת שובר מתנה הינה סופית ולא ניתן להחזירה.

המדיניות שלנו: אנו שואפים להעניק לך את המיטב על מנת שהחוויה שלך אצלנו תהיה מצויינת. אנו מקפידים על מדיניות שתועיל לך ויוצרים סביבה הרמונית בה המטפלים שלנו יכולים להתמקד בצרכים שלך. אנו יודעים שתחווה אצלנו חוויה נעימה כאשר אנו שואפים להתעלות על הציפיות שלך!

ביקור ראשון: יש להגיע 15 דקות לפני הטיפול, כדי ליהנות מהאירוח שלנו ולאפשר זמן סביר להתכונן לטיפול.

נגישות: אנו מתנצלים אך לצערנו אין באפשרותנו לקבל אורחים בעלי מצב גופני אשר אינו מאפשר להם לעלות במדרגות. אנו שוכנים בקומה הראשונה אשר העלייה אליה כרוכה בטיפוס במדרגות, זהו בניין עתיק לשימור ביפו העתיקה ואין באפשרותנו להתקין מעלית או מעלון במקום. עמכם הסליחה.

איחור לטיפול: איחור לטיפול יגביל את זמן הטיפול שלך, ויפחית את האפקטיביות שלו ואת ההנאה שלך. הטיפול שלך יסתיים בזמן כך שהאורח הבא לא יתעכב, ובכל מקרה ייגבה סכום הטיפול המלא בהתאם להזמנתכם המקורית.

שוברי מתנה: שוברי מתנה הם אישיים ואינם ניתנים להעברה. כל שובר תקף רק למקבל המתנה הספציפי ששמו מופיע על השובר. לשובר מתנה יש תאריך תפוגה של חצי שנה (שישה חודשים) מיום הנפקת השובר, לפי תאריך ההנפקה שנכתב על כל שובר.
בעת תקופת סגרים בהן על המקום להיות סגור בהנחיית משרד הבריאות, מועד תוקף השובר יוארך בהתאם לימים בהם הסטודיו היה סגור, ולא מעבר לכך. אנא התעדכנו עמנו בימי הסגירה והעבודה שלנו בתקופות אלו. בכל מקרה מוקד המענה הטלפוני שלנו זמין 24/7.

מצב בריאותי: בעת הזמנת טיפול, אנא הודע אם אתה סובל מלחץ דם גבוה, סוכרת, כל מצב גופני / בריאותי מיוחד אחר כולל דלקות או כל מצב בעל פוטנציאל הדבקה - וזאת על מנת שנוכל לשמור על בריאותם של כלל האורחים. כל האורחים שלנו יתבקשו למלא שאלון קצר טרם כניסתם לטיפול, על מנת שנוכל להעניק לכם את הטיפול הטוב ביותר.

טיפולי הריון: אם את בהריון, אנו מציעים את הטיפולים שלנו החל משבוע 16 להריון ועד לשבוע ה-32. לא נוכל לטפל בנשים בהריון לפני השבוע ה-16. אנא ספרי לנו על מצבך הבריאותי בעת קביעת הטיפול והתייעצי עם הרופא לפני הגעתך. יש לציין את שלב ההריון בשאלון הבריאות לפני הטיפול וליידע את המטפל שלך.

סמים ואלכוהול: אורחים שיגיעו לבית הטיפולים תחת השפעת סמים או אלכוהול יתבקשו לעזוב את המקום ולא יוכלו ליהנות מהטיפולים שלנו. במקרה כזה, הטיפול יבוטל ולא יינתן החזר כספי.

סביבה שקטה: אנא שמרו על שיחה שקטה כדי לא להפריע לאורחים הנוספים במקום. אנו מבקשים מאורחינו לשמור על אווירה שקטה, רגועה ושלווה בבית הטיפולים שלנו. כדי לאפשר אווירה שקטה לאורחנו, על האורחים להיות בני 7 ומעלה. לא נוכל להרשות כניסת תינוקות וילדים קטנים. יש לכבות את הטלפונים הסלולריים בעת הכניסה לבית הטיפולים.

במקרה ובעת הגעה הטיפול לא יוכל להתקיים בעקבות אי שמירה על אחד מתנאים אלו או אי ידוע מראש בעקבות הריון או מצב בריאותי יגבה מחיר הטיפול המלא.

אבידות ומציאות: פריטים שנשכחו או הושארו בבית הטיפולים ישמרו בקבלה במשך שלושה חודשים.

זכות הלקוח לדעת: אנו שואפים לספק לך את החוויה הטובה ביותר ומאמינים כי ייעוץ ללקוחותינו בנוגע למוצרים המתאימים ביותר עבורם הוא חיוני, לא פחות מהשירות שאנו מעניקים. לפיכך, אנו מייעצים ללקוח בהתאם לצרכיו בעניין טכניקות הטיפול השונות והמוצרים שמוצעים אצלנו.

מטפלים: איננו יכולים להבטיח מטפל מסויים או להתחייב אם תטופלו ע"י מטפל או מטפלת. כל המטפלים שלנו מיומנים בשיטות הטיפול על מנת להבטיח את שביעות רצונכם מהטיפול בכל עת.

אנו כל הזמן מרחיבים ומשפרים את השירותים שלנו בכדי להביא לכם את החוויה הטובה ביותר. למרות שאנו עושים כל מאמץ לעדכן את אתר האינטרנט ותפריט הטיפולים שלנו בכל עת, אנא תשומת הלב כי המחירים והטיפולים עשויים להשתנות מעת לעת.

Terms & Conditions

We are keeping your place especially and uniquely for you, and our places are limited.

For this reason, we thank you for understanding our cancelation policy:

- Guests who booked an appointment and cannot join us for their scheduled reservation must notice at least 48 hours in advance. If so, no cancelation fee will be charged.

- In case of cancelation within less then 48 hours - a 30% fee of the price of your full booking will be charged.

- In case of a cancelation notice within less then 24 hours - a 50% fee of the price of your full booking will be charged.

- In case of a cancelation notice in the day of the treatment - a 100% fee of the price of your full booking will be charged.

- In case of a group cancelation (3-5 people), a notice of at least a week in advance is required, then no cancelation fee will be charged.
In case of a group cancelation notice that was made 5-6 days before your arrival date, a fee of 20% of the price of the booking will be charged. a cancellation that was made 96-48 hours before your arrival time will be charged 30%, cancellation that was made 48 hours or less before your arrival time will be charged 50%.

In case of a group booking larger than 6 people please contact us for more details regarding our cancelation policy.

- Cancelation notice can be given at any time of the day by the CONTACT page in our website or by our calling service. Our calling service is working 24h a day, every day. Please leave all the relevant details and we will call you back for confirming the cancelation during our working hours.

Please notice - Your cancellation will be approved only after we respond back directly by phone. In case you do not receive a call from us it might mean that we missed your message due to possible reasons. Please make sure to contact again as soon as possible. Cancellation notifications will be sent by SMS or email.

Rebooking: a rebooking that is made will be considered a cancelation according to notice time as detailed in the policy above.

In the case of a no-show, we would have to charge 100%.

Last-minute changes of appointments to a different time on the same day will be possible only if the requested time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced.

Payment: The payment for all treatments will be charged in advance by credit card as was provided by phone by the client.

Gift Vouchers: If an appointment made to redeem a gift voucher is not cancelled or rescheduled within the reasonable times as stated in the policies above, we will be unable to redeem your voucher.

All service sales, product sales and gift voucher sales are final, and cannot be refunded.

Our Policy: We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and create a harmonious environment where our therapists can focus on your needs. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment, to allow a reasonable time to check-in and prepare for your treatment, and to enjoy our hospitality. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late Arrivals: If arrival is delayed, service time will be adjusted accordingly to avoid delays for other guests and are charged at full value. In any case of late arrival a full charge will be made according to the price of your original booking.

Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers are personal and are non-transferable. Each voucher is good only for the specific recipient whose name is written on the voucher. Gift vouchers have an expiry date of six months since the day the voucher was issued, according to the date written on each voucher. Please be aware of the expiry date, vouchers that are expired will not be usable.
In case of a national lock-down due to Corona or any other reason, the Valid date of the Gift Card will be extended exactly according to the days the studio was closed, and not more than that. Please make sure with us at these special time about our working days.
Our answering service will be available at any case 24/7.

Accessibility: We apologize but unfortunately we are not able to accept guests with a physical condition that does not allow them to go up the stairs. We are located on the first floor which involves climbing stairs, this is an ancient building with preservation restrictions in Old Jaffa and we can not install an elevator in the place. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Special Health Conditions: When reserving your treatment, please notify if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or any other special physical concerns including any situation of inflammation or any other condition that has any contagious risk - and that so we can keep the health of all guests. All our guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your wellbeing in mind.

Pregnancy treatments: If you are pregnant, we can offer our treatments after 16 weeks of pregnancy. We can not treat before that. Please let us know your health condition when you book and consult your doctor before your arrival. The stage of pregnancy must be noted on the health questionnaire before the treatment and discussed with your therapist.

Drugs and alcohol: Guests that will show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol cannot be treated by our therapist and will be asked to leave the place. In that case, the treatment will be cancelled and no refund will be granted.

Quiet Environment: As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. We ask our guests to maintain a silent, calm and peaceful atmosphere in our place. To always maintain a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, guests must be 7 years of age or older. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the house of treatments.

In case and upon arrival the treatment will not be able to take place due to non-compliance with one of these conditions or a pre-unknown due to pregnancy or health condition it will be considered as a last moment cancelation and we will have to charge the full price of the treatment.

Lost & Found: Items that have been forgotten or left behind in the house of treatments are kept in the reception for three (3) months.

Clients' Right to Know: We strive to exceed our clients’ needs. We believe that advising our clients of the products best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our clients’ right to know policy advises each client on the products and techniques best suited for the client to maximize the benefits of their service.

Therapists: We cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
