Cancellation and No-show Policy / מדיניות הביטולים
Guests who booked an appointment and cannot join us for their scheduled reservation must notice at least 24-hour in advance.
If your treatment was scheduled to Friday or Saturday, a notice of 48 hours is required. In case of a group cancellation (3 people or more), a notice of 4 days, in advance, is required.
Our spa offers the highest level of personal service, and we are making special preparations for each and every guest before their arrival, including matching the perfect therapist for each unique treatment.
For this reason we thank you for understanding our cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends) - a 30% fee will be charged in case of a rebooking (if rebooking is not performed a 50% fee will be charged).
- In case of cancellation at the day of the treatment - a 50% fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within 2 hours - a 100% fee will be charged.
In case of a no-show we would have to charge 100% .
Last minute changes of appointments to a different time in the same day will be possible only if the the requested time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced.
If an appointment made to redeem a gift voucher is not cancelled or rescheduled within the reasonable times as stated in the policies above, we will be unable to redeem your voucher.
All service sales, product sales and gift voucher sales are final, and cannot be refunded.
We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your spa experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and create a harmonious environment where our therapists can focus on your needs. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!
Kindly note: If you wish to take a longer bath in one of our beautifully decorated serene bathrooms, please ask the reception beforehand. We always try to save water to be environmentally-friendly, and we expect our customers to always be mindful of others.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment, to allow a reasonable time to check in and prepare for your treatment, and to enjoy our hospitality. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
If arrival is delayed, service time may be adjusted accordingly to avoid delays for other guests and are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation.
Gift Vouchers are personal and are non-transferable. Each voucher is good only for the specific recipient whose name is written on the voucher. Gift vouchers have an expiry date of six months since the day the voucher was issued, according to the date written on each voucher.
When booking a treatment, please give the spa receptionist the number of the voucher.
Special Health Conditions
When reserving your treatment, please notify if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or if you are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your wellbeing in mind.
If you are pregnant, we offer our treatments after 16 weeks of pregnancy. Please let us know your health condition when you book and consult your doctor before your arrival. The stage of pregnancy must be noted on the health questionnaire before the treatment and discussed with your therapist.
Drugs and alcohol
Guests that will show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol cannot be treated by our therapist and will be asked to leave the place. In that case the treatment will be cancelled and no refund will be granted.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. We ask our guests to maintain a silent, calm and peaceful atmosphere in the spa.
To always maintain a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, guests must be 7 years of age or older. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the spa.
Lost & Found
Items that have been forgotten or left behind in the spa are kept in the spa reception for three (3) months.

We strive to exceed our clients’ needs. We believe that advising our clients of the products best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our clients’ right to know policy advises each client on the products and techniques best suited for the client to maximize the benefits of their service.
While we will make every effort to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
We are constantly expanding and improving our services to bring you the best spa experience. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu always updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
